Refund Policy
At duo Headspa, we do not offer refunds. However, if you encounter any issues with our services, we are happy to provide store credit for future use.
Cancellation Policy
When you book with us, we reserve that time especially for you. All changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid fees. No call, no shows are subject to 100% fee of services booked.
Note that chargebacks initiated without prior communication may affect our ability to assist you in the future.
